Bought a firearm, store forgot to remove the trigger lock, wasn’t worth the drive back in gas. This removed it easily. No issues.

The purpose of the lock is great but it takes a while to get it off a gun.

This is a way to deter some people, especially those with kids in the house. It won't fit most defense tools and only have one key. OK to help but not to stop unwanted access!

Good cheap trigger lock
Good cheap trigger lock for passing foster care home inspection. Definitely NOT a quick lock to take off, but it meets the requirements.

The Allen Trigger Lock is different from the picture
The Allen trigger lock that was sent to me is pictured on the left; on all three pictures. The item on the right is an Allen Trigger Lock that I purchased at Cabela’s. The Cabela’s item matches the picture used on Amazon and is heavier, made from a more robust plastic, and does not have the lock retaining screw sticking out the back when adjusted as the Amazon item on the left. Additionally, the locking spanner tool is considerably larger on the Allen Lock purchased from Cabela’s than the one delivered from Amazon.Without getting into the weeds concerning authenticity, let’s just say that the item pictured on the product description on Amazon is ‘different’ from the item sent.

Works Ok
Works well and a good Price. It is just cheap plastic but at this price I was not expecting anything different.To bad they do not make this small trigger guard in metal. I would prefer metal.

Alright locks. Nice bc they are smaller than most. Could’ve gotten for $3.99 tho at a store. Wish I would’ve. This price is ridiculous.

Great Value
I use these on a number of guns. Always hold securely. Seem very tough! I've had no problems and I take them on & off on a regular basis for range use.

Great little trigger lock
Recommend. I had the type that one gets from gun shows and new purchases from stores, however the bolt that holds these together, does not surpass the the back piece. Whenever I put my guns into my ridgid foam case barrel in, the bolt would take little gouges out of foam, these do not. I like the bigger key and some people wine about the key, hey, do what I did. Take an empty shell, like a 6.5x 55mm and put a slit in it, wedge the key in and solder it or good 5 min apoxy, and now you've turned it into a screw driver and they work fatactic.

Overpriced but effective
Product arrived quickly. Is just a cheap plastic with a screw, not overly safe but does the job and is low profile. Mine smelled strongly of sulfur upon opening, i washed it with dish soap and that seems to have helped. Buying another one due to the low profile. Should be half the price in my opinion but satisfied enough. Fit well on my handgun
