Great coverage and color matching.

I have never in my life been able to wear just powder without cream foundation so you can imagine how amazed I was that I could put this on and look like I actually did a full face of makeup with so little effort. I despise makeup but bc I have deep acne scars, extremely dark under eye circles, and uneven tone, I must wear makeup daily. I also have ADHD so it takes me entirely way too long to get ready and I'm always running late, so I was estatic to find this powder that I could put on in the car with a dampicrofiber sponge, and still look presentable and for only $4!! There are definate drawbacks as it doesn't last long bc once you get half way through the compact, it completely falls apart and becomes useless, but I figured I could deal with that at this price point. I was set up to buy 3 at a time every month but imagine my surprise when AMAZON MORE THAN DOUBLED THE PRICE!! now it's 8.99 but says it's on sale 10% and the normal price was 9.99 but that makes zero sense considering I have been buying it for 4 months, 3 at a time or more, and only paying $4! It is great powder foundation but no once could afford to use it every day at this price point when there is so little in the compact and only half of that is usable. I am quite bitter!! I finally found something quick and easy that actually works but greedy businesses have to get as much as they can and now I can't afford to buy it anymore. Thanks alot Amazon!!

Good match for my very fair skin. Covers any redness or other problem areas. Is builldable so you can put it on lightly, or use it as a foundation. One of the few powders that can actually be called a foundation. The only problem I had was with Amazon. When I received my compact the powder was broken into tiny pieces. When I tried to refurn it for a refund, I was told I had to pay for shipping even though it was broken. They wanted eight bucks for the return, which is over a dollar more than the product cost. I feel cheated, maybe because I was. This is the second time I have run into this problem. If this is Amazon's new policy, they will be stealing millions of dollars a year from their loyal customers. Just saying.

I don’t think anyone likes the look of caked on make up or uneven coverage. And as someone with very pale colored skin, finding a shade of makeup light enough that doesn’t oxidize into a darker or pinker color has ALWAYS been a problem for me. Also, with combination skin, I use powders to limit the shine, but would then find my make up creasing in corners. Not with this powder. This compact offers a light to medium coverage when used alone on clean skin. And then it can be gently patted and pressed onto areas that need more coverage. The result is light and breathable with a poreless matte finish. It seems to melt into the skin rather than settling into fine lines and creases. And my face still feels touchable soft. Also, the color so far has been true, with no oxidation through the day. One of my new favorite pressed powders for a clean and casual makeup routine.

I wanted to try powder foundation for my combination skin for a while, so I thought I'd gave this product a try since it was on sale and has great reviews. It arrived in an amazon envelop among the toothpastes I ordered, and the foundation was shattered due to no protection. In the attempt to make it work, I tried spraying some rose toner/press with some plastic wrap. It ended up sticking to everything it touches and created a mini mess. Then I crushed/pressed the powder into a small container, using it as a loose powder foundation, but it ended up dropping powder on my clothes and the desk. Needless to say, it is very inconvenient to apply and is a huge ANNOYS! About the product itself: it does guild on smoothly and has a nice medium coverage. I applied primer/lotion before hand and it seems to bind the powder pretty well. I would like to suggest: 01. Manufactor please put a sponge/damper on top of the powder cake to protect it from impact, 02. Warehouse handlers please put extra protection on this product, as the shatter foundation cake = almost unusable product. I will recommend buyers to get it from the store. For an extra few dollars, you will save yourself a lot of insanity & cursing every time you apply this product.

I purchased this powder from Maybelline November 2021 for the first time, and since then it has become one of my favorite powder foundations to use on a regular basis several times a week or more, in recent weeks particularly. I do have a few powder foundations I sometimes like to 'rotate' between since my skin is combination with some parts highly oil producing throughout the course of a day, and certain parts of my skin are on the sensitive side as well, sometimes even probe to dryness and peeling or flaking. I like the natural and nontoxic ingredients in this powder foundation product and have found that it can be relatively easily applied using the rounded sponge applicator included in the packaging and/or with a facial brush of beauty blender/sponge in order to get a nice and evenly blended application that will not look overall harsh or cakey and instead for me, enhanced the smoothness of my skin and actually also helped a little to mitigate the appearance and buildup of extra oiliness on my skin throughout the day, provided it was not an excessively humid day I was wearing the product on (in which case I might suggest also coupling it with a mattifying fixing and oil absorbtion makeup spray, like one that Urban Decay currently offers). I like the design of the compact itself which comes with a small mirror as well as a little bottom layer or compartment for the sponge applicator to be stored below the powder tray and mirror. Both the overall design and functionality as well as the price point seem very reasonable to me, so this is a product I would be glad to recommend to others looking for an inexpensive foundation with decent ingredients, particularly for someone with a combination skin type as I described above.

Can't find this powder anywhere! You enjoy something then they stop making it! Very annoyed.

Loved this as a setting powder over the Fit Me liquid foundation or on its own. If using alone, it’s best with a primer, especially if you have dry skin.
