This is one of a couple of supplements I have read about which may have positive effects on the brain. For several months I felt that I wasn't able to articulate and get out a complicated sentence as well as I had in the past; it happened often enough that I noticed it and was a bit concerned. This supplement is said to actually have some very possible benefits to brain function so I decided to try it. After a few weeks of this and another supplement (which I also reviewed) I am certain that I'm able to express my thoughts more quickly and with less fumbling for the next word. My experience is anecdotal of course and I have no way to know if this product or the other or both are responsible for what I think is a definite improvement - but the improvement is noticeable and I intend to keep using this one (along with the other). It has been listed at some reputable health sites as a legitimate possible worthwhile supplement.

I'm on my second bottle and I don't think I'll ever be without this. I have noticed a difference with remembering words, remembering things I was "just about to do or say" – it makes me feel more like myself in my brain as I did several years ago. Good stuff, highly recommend.

I have chosen this product on advice from a neurologist and have been using it for multiple years. Seems to provide remarkable memory function and an acute sharpness in my daily functions. Following the recommended dosage I'm very pleased with the support it provides. I find NusaPure to be a worthy buy.

I have not been taking this supplement long enough to give it a five-star rating, but I do feel my cognition is faster and I look forward to revealing the future results.

A beautiful bottle and it seemed to have the right number of capsules. But I think more that a week is needed to judge the effectiveness.

phosphatydl serine is a nutritional supplement for ensuring lower levels of cortisol response to stress. This is the correlational property with increased cognitive clarity and experience. It is NOT magic or drug. If an individual experiences from social interaction, theproper response is taking responnsibility for reducing that stress. The product has value for those physically training, asit assists NUTRITIONALLY in getting sufficent quantities of this sulfur-containing amino acid to reduse prolonged catecholamine/cortisol - induced response. I DO recommend it for this purpose. For those gettinginsufficient exercise/activity, increasing THOSE is the proper response. For those experiencing social stress, taking action to remove the stress source and/or to remove oneself from the stressor. For those experiencing memory loss, gaining clear understanding of the cause is your first goal. If repeated large-scale peer-reviewed studies do show PS to assist in memory function, then take. Also engage in more difficult and novel learning experiences daily, as impoverished activity and mental effort is by far the most important prescription for reduced memory capacity. Get professional assistance for intractable depression.
