Very sticky
I’ve owned a lot of tens units in the past and always had problems with their pads becoming unsticky too quickly. These pads really last you can reuse them over and over again they stay right in place it’s better if the pad is small they seem to stay stuck too much better.

Reliable and Flexible: An iStim Super Soft 2"x2" TENS Unit Electrodes Review
I use my power units for electro-play rather than pain relief, and with the right settings and pad placement, I can easily achieve an HFO. The iStim Super Soft 2"x2" TENS Unit Electrodes, made in Taiwan, come in 50 sealed packs with four pads each. These pads feature standard 2mm pigtail connectors. There’s nothing unusual about these electrodes—they function as expected. While they adhere well to skin with light hair growth, too much hair may limit adhesion. I trimmed the hair in the areas where I planned to place the pads. The pads stuck securely, and the electrical current was consistent with my expectations. To use, simply remove the pad from its plastic sheet and apply it to the skin. Keep the plastic sheets for reapplication to preserve the adhesive. For shared TENS units, assigning specific pads to each person is healthier. The iStim Super Soft Electrodes are a solid choice for anyone needing reliable, effective replacements. PROS: 😊 Latex-free Flexible and durable Excellent electrical conduction Stays attached securely Reusable up to 15 times Uses high-quality biocompatible SEKISUI Japanese gel No prescription needed CONS: 😞 Adhesion may weaken with excessive body hair

Work well, good value
These TENS unit pads are working well for me. I use them after taking a shower, while lying in my bed. The adhesive lasts for several sessions (I store them in a Ziploc bag between uses), and the pulsating sensations are just as strong with these as they are with the pads that came with the device. I like the size and quantity, as I can cover the most important points on my back, without any feeling of scarcity, like I did with the few pads the device came with initially.

A lot of TENS electrode pad
These TENS pads seem to be pretty good and they do their job. They are the pin type. They are the 2 inch by 2 inch size, and you get a lot of them (100 pairs). On this Amazon page there is an electrode placement guide. Please take a good look at it or even a screenshot of it because it tells you where to put the electrode pads. This is a great price for the amount you get. Two tips to make your TENS pads last longer. 1. Get some electrode spray. Here is the link: https://www.amazon.com/Parker-W60699S-Spectra-Electrode-Solution/dp/B00GYRC2MC After each use, spray each pad once and put them back on the electrode pad holder. Then put them into a zipped plastic bag. You can leave the electrodes connected to your unit, but when you zip the bag make sure the wires are at the closed end of the bag, and they're not pinched by the zip bag. This will keep them moist and sticky. 2. Get some wrap tape. Here is the link: https://www.amazon.com/s?k=wrap+tape&crid=NMPC1DV5VEGV When the pads start to lose their adhesive, and they are still in good shape, take a piece of wrap tape and go over the pad and have a little extra to stick to your skin like a band-aid.

High Quality and Long-lasting All In One
I've had different replacement electrode pads in the past that were not very satisfactory. These are much better in terms of quality and durability. These pads are noticeably thicker than my old ones. Furthermore, they're soft and adhere well to my skin and doesn't cause any sort of skin irritation at all. I typically make sure the area of application to be free of oil and dirt to prolong the pads lifespan, and this has been quite successful in my opinion. The pads work great as I feel the conductivity is very strong, even with repeated uses. I think the price is reasonable given the amount I get. Overall, I couldn't be happier with these electrode pads.

These larger boxes may be older stock and have poor adhesion
I've bought the iStim brand before, but in a smaller quantity. I thought they were great. Really stuck on and excellent conduction. When I ran out last, I thought I'd splurge, buy a big box, and save some money in the long run. Well, I don't know if the larger quantity means the stock isn't cycled through as often or because they're putting the duds in these boxes, but they aren't nearly as nice as before. They keep peeling off. Like, as soon as I put them on. The edges start peeling up. I'm honestly angry about this. I spent like $77 bux on this box and feel like I've wasted my money.

Good TENS pads and inexpensive when bought in quantity
These two inch square pads use the 'pin type' connector and works well with the iStim devices and many other brands of TENS units as well. I have tried it with Auvon units to confirm. The pads are very sticky work well. They come packaged in sealed foil packets that can be resealed to preserve the life of the pads when not in use. They conveniently come with four in a packet, which works for me because I tend to use 4 pads at a time on my lower back. Since TENS pads are pretty much a commodity now days and they all function in the same way, I looked for per unit prices. The lower price came with a larger quantity. This box should last me a long time, so it's good that my batch came with a best by date of May 2027. I am confident that if I store them unopened in a cool place, they will last a lot longer.
