Opies Cocktail Onions in Vinegar 227g, Single

I just love these. I eat them straight from the jar, I use them in various ‘charcuterie’ style meals, I chop them small with chopped cornichons and mix with mayonnaise, dijon, lemon juice , and black pepper- this makes a great dip for and breaded fish/seafood. But my favourite way to use them is to mix a little of the vinegar with braising steak (this tenderises it), then make a casserole/bourgingon adding these to the gravy 30 mins before the end with a little fried pancetta. They work so well -tiny onions with the delicious rich sauce. Oh and don’t forget -put one on a stick with an olive &a cornichon for a dirty martini!

Always loved these, actually the best pickled onions you can buy.. I've been finding it difficult to find them in stock in my local supermarkets. Seems they've been out of stock or not ordering them for months now.. so Bought 10 jars!! Arrived quickly and i finished a jar off on day 1.. perfect

Perpect little onions. Not seen them this tiny before. Lovely in salad. Sweet and crunchy. Very tasty

Value for money

Bought as I couldn’t find in the shops and the price was good. The only downside was the amount of packaging it came with l, definitely overkill. In a massive box which was not needed for such a small Product

Tried to find these in the shop but failed. Awesome little onions! Will definitely buy again.
