This is a fantastic form of magnesium oxide… much gentler compared to standard magnesium-oxide products. Great for keeping things ‘regular’ and helps eliminate muscle cramps/spasms as well as reduce frequent headaches. A little pricey and delivery can take more time than many other options- but worth it.

I have ordered this item 2 times already, while product is great, both times I received wrong package. I have chosen Cal-Mag 500/250 mg, but received 250/125 mg, this mean also that I was charged for more expensive item but received one that has lower price.
