Update Sept 2023- lights have been great! Still working and no problems. Sometimes you have to hit the remote a few times to turn on, but once on they remain on without a problem. Original review- These are really cute little lights. They don’t give off much light but I love the color combos and various settings. I just received these three days ago, and yesterday the remote started acting strange and not responding. Eventually it did but I had to press the button a lot to change the light settings. I noticed a number of people commented that these lights didn’t last long. I’ll update here if and when mine stop working. I’m hoping it’s not soon, but with the remote already acting weird I’m not holding my breath. Too soon to tell if I’d recommend.

UPDATE: eLightBulb reached out and sent a replacement set at no cost. They were friendly and easy to work with. Great customer service! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for lights they intend on keeping stationary or at least not doing a lot of hanging up/taking down. Mine going out also could have been a fluke. Either way, pleased they made it right and happy with my new set. These are great, as long as you don’t ever want to take them down or move them. I had these strung across the ceiling of my classroom - worked great; no issues at all; stayed bright and did everything they were supposed to do. I took them down to move to another classroom (and I took care not to bang the bulbs or be rough on the wires), and as I was unwinding them to string back up, the just quit working. The base still has power and is responding to the remote, but the whole strand of lights is just dead. I got one year of use out of them. Disappointing since I barely touched them.

Tangles relatively easy so depending on how you’re installing it, it can be a bit difficult to set up. Otherwise, this lights are magically beautiful ✨ Because they come with a bunch of different modes and is plugged directly to the wall for constant power as opposed to using a battery, these lights makes for a dreamy nightlight alternative. Really completes my room and gives it a cute aesthetic! I would definitely recommend these lights, especially for those looking for a creative way to light up their space.

Vibrant color, beautiful lights! Easy to set up and use. This set was bought to replace the ones I have had for a few years that died out. I wish it had more desirable setting choices. I really only use the solid light one because the others are way too overstimulating.

I got these lights to hang in my room at my bed and they are perfect! The little remote is perfect so I can turn them on and off without having to messing with the plugs. It has a handful of settings which are fun for various moods. I haven’t tried the timer functions so I can’t speak to them. But even if they didn’t work I’d still buy these again!

I wanted some lights to have around my campsites. Lights to warm up the feel but not be too bright. These are perfect for that! The controls are easy, either with the remote or with the button on the USB end. The remote only works line-of-sight. The lights are not very bright, which is what I wanted. I usually have them on white, which with this set is a nice warm tone. Durability might be an issue, I am not sure how well they will hold up. But so far, so good. UPDATE: Well after a couple years of use they are falling about. I used them about 6 times a year but last year was so humid I only camped once in summer, maybe a couple times in spring/fall. So really not a ton of use I feel. And I always was gentle and wound them up nice. But the first issue was the USB end got really sensitive and they would often shut off if you just bumped the cable near it a little. And then getting then to turn on using the button on the USB port was even more fun, since the act of using the button would often shut them off. But now the wires are starting to rip out of some lamps or even in some middle spots. I fixed them easily enough with solder. But I had another break this weekend. I will repair it again and try to milk another summer out of them. But really they are just not holding up well. I hoped they would last a little longer! UPDATE: Spring 2022, they are kinda just falling apart. I have had to repair multiple wires with solder and shrink tubing. Anyone else would probably just toss em. But the worst part is the USB plug. It has always been a touchy but its really bad now, hard to get them to even turn on at all.
