Good supplement if you already understand polyometrics.
This book was ok. You will get mostly exercises that are already in polyometrics books, but the adaptations to martial arts are pretty good. It's a good supplement if you already have a basic understanding if polyometrics and are currently using a routine.

Interesting.
Demonstrates several exercises to practice the strength and flexibility of the legs merging techniques Plyometric sports like Basketball and stretching techniques of Yoga and some old traditional techniques in various martial arts. Overall a good book worth knowing.

Great reading and very well written
I have to admit at the beginning I was a bit disappointed of not having a workout plan predefined… however, as a martial arts practitioner myself, the way the book is written and specially with the messaging behind it, I was able to switch mental gears and go on the quest to build and tailor my own plyometrics routine using the concepts and exercises from the book. It was a very educational and at the same time easy reading. I would certainly recommend it
