Update 2020: So glad this product is back on the market. Recently purchased the Vanilla flavour and it's sooo delicious. As the product already has skimmed milk powder in it, it tastes like a creamy milkshake. Please bring out the Strawberry flavour next! In terms of sports recovery, i definitely find it helps with my muscle fatigue. First tried the 500g bottle of this from the supermarket, was really smooth, easy to drink and tasted good. Then bought this tub, using 2 and a half scoops to 450ml of water in a shaker. The results were exactly the same and found muscle fatigue was reduced after exercise. Definitely recommended, don't listen to the negative reviews. I will be trying the For Goodness Shakes 25g Protein Tub next for increased protein.

Great taste. Helps restore energy after a hard workout. But beware of flatulence after a couple of hours. Happened to a friend too.

The tub is great value for money and the product works effectively. As if that wasn't enough, the shake genuinely tastes great. Most nutrition supplements taste slightly strange due to the amount of vitamins or protein they have in them and usually the flavour isn't amazing. However, these shakes taste great and I love drinking them. Its basically just a really healthy milkshake. An easy 5 out of 5.

Beware, the listed ingredients are not the same as what’s shown in the photo of the label. Unfortunately, FGS have succumbed to the industry obsession with adding sucralose sweetener to the mix. Recovery shakes contain sugar anyway so no need for an artificial sweetener.

Have been drinking their drinks for ages , now tried their powered form . Brilliant, love the bottles now love the powder and cheaper . Hane also ordered the bottles (before I ordered the powder) happy with both. Great taste great texture

I loved the ‘Vanilla’ flavour in the ready made bottles and was gutted when they replaced it with the new vanilla fudge flavour. So when I seen this tub advertised as ‘Vanilla’ I thought that’s what I was getting... unfortunately I received the ‘vanilla fudge’. Still a tasty protein shake but just beware anyone else incase you make that same mistake.

i would seriously recommend this stuff for recovery following a session in the gym... it costs between £1.89 - £2.49 in the well know shopping establishments for the individual bottles, and this tub makes up to 20 bottles which lasts me 4 weeks as i train 5 days a week... once mixed its smooth not grainy as some shakes can be, it mixes really easy and i find it to be excellent for post workout recovery. on the basis of what i paid for the tub, i got the cost of a shake down to £1.09 give or take
