Great game
It’s an amazing adventure spanning multiple days I’ve played for 20 hours and I’m still on around 10-15% highly recommended for any Disney fan. Don’t bother too much about the story even the hardcore fans don’t know what’s happening. The visuals are gorgeous.

A well made game,
This game is a masterpiece, good adventure game, lots of story telling, starting of this game was boring but the more you play more you fall in love. Square enix developer has done a great job for this game.

Best ever, with just a few cons. Story is convoluted, but it’s fine to play only for disney.
First of all, I want to make it clear that I have been a long time kingdom hearts fan. Like, for over 10 years. This game has a bunch of games that came before it, and every single one of them is important to understand this convoluted mess completely. Thankfully, unlike a few years ago, all the older games are on the ps4 in ‘the story so far’ collection. Though I am afraid you can only get it on psn store for a reasonable price. So be sure to buff that internet you guys have if you really wanna get into this clusterfluck.Kingdom hearts is a series that is a cross over of disney and square enix jrpgs (namely final fantasy series). It features an open hearted story about light and friendship overcoming darkness. The main character is sora, who ventures through various disney worlds with donald and goofy. The story of the entire series is extremely convoluted, sonce the writer likes to keep things open ended so that players have food for thought even after the game is done. This is why most fans will recommend playing all the games before this one. Thankfully, the game can still be enjoyed on it’s own, you just won’t get a lot of the story if you do that. But you don’t need to, since the disney worlds are enjoyable on their own and span most of the game. For the core story, just know that everyone is either xehanort or sora. (No. Don’t. I am pulling your leg. It’s a meme.)The gameplay is very polished, rivalled only by kingdom hearts 2. You have an action game with various disney characters as your party members, though you only play as sora. You can attack with a giant magical key called keyblade, use magic, do team attacks with your party members and use keyblade transformations. All of this stuff adds a lot of variety and fun to the combat. The disney worlds are the best they have ever been in the series, all are huge and have a lot to explore (except big hero 6 world. That one looks very big, but if you pay attention you will see that it is actually the tiniest and blandest of them all.)Music is amazing, especially for newcomers. (Honestly not much more to say)If I had to talk about cons, it would be that the fans had to wait too long for something that didn’t live up to the expectations built for it. See, most of the music is amazing, but not a lot of it is new. Most are arranges or remixes of old tracks (why is the final boss theme a medley square enix??). The game is also too easy. I highly recommend playing on proud mode, since that is still gonna be pretty easy and you want atleast a bit of challenge. Really waiting on that critical difficulty there. The non disney worlds aren’t as big or expansive as the disney ones. The story is not welcoming for the newcomers AT ALL (unless they read the journals completely. But honestly, who has all that time for just one game?)And most of all... there is not much to do once the game is finished. You beat the final boss! Congrats! You got here by havig an absolute blast in disney worlds, and then getting completely lost on the story by the end of it, but you made it! Now just do these battlegates filled with a bunch of enemies, one very weak post game boss, and a bunch of tiresome minigames if you still want to hang around. Cya.All cons said, kingdom hearts is still an amazing franchise everyone should give a try, regardless of the fact that it has disney in it (I know many may think it’s a kids game. And it is. But there is nothing wrong in enjoying open hearted media like this from time to time that isn’t about people dying or shooting stuff.) It’s fine to completely give up on the story and enjoy it for the disney and the gameplay alone.Summarizing: Amazing game with a bunch of cons that shouldn’t have been there after such a long development time. But regardless, is worth playing. Gameplay has aged like fine wine, disney worlds have had a very just representation in an action game, and music is amazing (even if a lot of it is medleys.) If you want to get into it, play kingdom hearts: the story so far. 6 full games with more disney and 3 movies for the price of one game, only available to download tho. And it’s fine if you don’t understand the story at all, because even people who follow the franchise are pretty lost on it. XD[oh and I forgot to mention gummi ships. On the rails shooter side game that is very fun this time around. Was absolutely terrible in kh1 and ok-ish in kh2.]

Good but, it was repackaged.
It does not have the PlayStation logos on the plastic wrap and the square enix product registration pamphlet is missing from the box. Otherwise it’s fine.
