Very good Stolen

This loaf is very tasty, and has a nice flavor. I've had some in the past that were dry, this one isn't. I also prefer to eliminate the marzipan and this loaf doesn't have any. My only complaint is it's almost all raisins with some tiny pieces of other chopped fruit. I remember the stollen we used to get in my German neighborhood in NY which included the candied fruit.

Delicious Stollen and much less expensive than the Dresden Stollen

I was curious about this item so I purchased it. The ingredients; flour, raisins, lemon peel, orange peel...... It is mostly raisins so it is a raisin bread/cake. Not bad as it goes but for a true Stollen get a Dresdner Stollen. I have purchased a Emil Reimann Original Dresdner Stollen and awaiting it's delivery from "The Taste of Germany". I have had Emil Reimann Original Dresdner Stollen many times and IMO the best. According to European law, the name "Dresdner Stollen" can only be used if the product has actually being produced in the city of Dresdner (state of Saxony)

ドライフルーツ入りが好きなので、毎年お店を変えて購入してきたのですが、どのお店も小ぶりで少量なので今回はAmazonでこちらの商品を購入しました。私好みのお味でした。

２０２３年１１月 今年も、シュトーレンの季節が近くなりました。価格が２種類ほどありますね。前回は１５００円程度でしたが、今年は１８００円程度と３２００円程度。大きさが多少異なりますが、価格がちょっと変ですね。ノーブランドのものもあり、なんだか、怪しくなってきましたね。昔、スーパーで買ったこのシュトーレンはとても美味しかったです。味も毎年落ちています。最近は食べるたびにがっかりしますが、それでも、この味とケースが大好きです。やっぱり、クリスマスは北欧の雰囲気を少しでも感じたいですから。このケースがテーブルの上にあるだけでも私にはクリスマスです。奥様は全く無関心ですが。 ２０１５年１２月 去年のこのシュトーレンは正直おいしいといえるものではありませんでした。ただ、濃厚なブドウパンだと思えば仕方ないと思います。ブドウパンとしてもスーパーに売っている１００円のブドーパンの方がおいしいかもしれません。 でも、今年も買う事にします。この緑色のケースが見たくて。穏やかなクリスマスにふさわしいケースです。 ２０１４年１２月 今、クリックして注文しました。 去年より５００円程安くなっています。 明日の宅配ピンポンが楽しみです。 この緑色のケースを見るのも楽しみです。 この本場ドイツのクリスマスケーキを最初にスーパーで見つけて食してから２０年以上経つでしょうか。 その翌年から何故かスーパーから消えていました。 長い年月を経て去年アマソンで見つけました。とても懐かしくうれしかったです。 とても、思い入れがあるクリスマスケーキです。 このどっしり感は普通のケーキにはないものです。一切れがとても食べごたえがあります。 決して普通のクリスマスケーキのような華やかさはありませんが、静かにクリスマスを祝うにはこのケーキがとてもお似合いです。 ドイツの人々がシュトーレンを愛する気持ちがとてもよくわかります。

ボリュームあります。クリスマスまで少しずつ食べました。味も美味しかったです。

毎年クリスマス前に購入しています。昔々から親しまれて、クリスマスの一カ月前から少しずつ食べるため長持ちするし、これが届くたびに先人達の（冷蔵庫が無かった時代の）保存技術に頭がさがる思いです。 紅茶に良く合います。
