This jasmine rice is delicious! We love the flavor and texture, and it turns out perfect every time. It’s our go-to rice for any meal. Highly recommend!

We buy a few of the Lundberg rice varieties. My favorite is their Jasmine (purple bag) but we also buy the Basmati (red bag) and the Long Grain (green bag). The rice is fantastic. No broken pieces. No mold. No pebbles. No chaff. It cooks up perfectly with the 3:2 stovetop and 1:1 pressure cooker water:rice ratios. The jasmine and basmati are so fragrant! Just lovely. We buy this by the case because it is so much better than the supermarket price. The only thing I don't like about it is the packaging. It is substantial with a velcro like reusable seal. This might sound really nice but the way the opening works makes it hard to get the rice out. That's my only issue with this rice. Otherwise it is great! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED with small caveat. I've been ordering this rice for years because it is grown with less arsenic than other rice. And it tastes great.

The price just keeps going up on these bags of rice. The price has become ridiculous and a lot of the rice by Lundberg isn't even organic. But the rice tastes great and, other than the price, I'm happy with the product. It's gluten-free, which of course rice itself is, but some places package rice in the same building in which they package products with gluten, so I'm glad to know this is actually gluten-free. (If I could find an alternative, I would switch to something else because of the cost.)

It's nice to find that every once in a while company that you can trust all their products to be quality. While I would prefer potentially finding a cheaper product since I am not made of money and every cent counts it is nice to always have that option of being able to grab something you know for a fact is good. If I'm not feeling well and want something fast or want a treat I'll just grab a bag from them and look forward to whatever dish I'll be cooking to be accompanied by rice!

The rice arrived on time and was smartly packaged in a plastic wrap with shipping tape. Inside was a surprise bag clip with brand logo. The rice is fresh through the end of the year, so that’s approx. 10 more months. The bags are sealed well. Very happy with the Amazon no-shipping-charge purchase and bulk price vs grocery store mark up. Will definitely buy again.
