I bought two of these for myself and a coworker. It is perfect for our quick office workouts.I even use it while in zoom meetings to keep active. Many ways to use it.

Great light weight but hard working exercise bands. I got 2 resistance levels and both are working perfectly for my upper body workouts. The handles are comfortable and I appreciate the inclusion of the strap that allows you to use a door to set the bands are varying heights.

Work well. We’ll see how they hold up but so far so good.

needed a new resistance band with loops to do Pilates workout as well as others exercises and this was just the right weight. will be ordering the next size as well. most come 5 or ten pounds and rarely have seen any with a 15 lb resistance which is great as I needed something close to 8 lbs per arm/leg
