GFuel as a brand is pretty good. This is one of the best flavors to me as it tastes like liquid apple jolly ranchers. You should def be aware that no matter how hard you mix it you'll get one big gulp of very chalky liquid at the bottom, but it doesn't really bother me. As for performance... I don't really know how to measure it. In fairness I gave up soda and have only one energy drink every morning, but I've done that for so long I can't really compare as I never have a morning where I don't have one. I'm afraid I'd fall into a coma at this point. I feel at least as alert as drinking other energy drinks and I think the mid afternoon crash is quite a bit less than other brands. I mainly buy this brand because it packs a ton of flavor, and serving for serving is so much cheaper than buying canned or bottled drinks.

I’m not a fan of the scoop handle and how it is made. Nor the grittiness at the end of the drink. I try to do 1/2 or 3/4 of a scoop. I like the taste and I enjoy it once a day. Don’t do more than once. Just like coffee if you have to much you’ll be jittery, or shaky, or stomach upset.

Sandy apples, boy is this the flavor for you. Just another bad gfuel product that cost to much to return.

Tastes like a really fake green jolly rancher, real tough to water down. Could just be me, but there are other flavors that are much better than this one..
