The only stuff that works on my thick hair & the only stuff that doesn't make my scalp itch since it's fragrance free which is a big plus!!!

This one was a no for me. It left a weird film on my hair that was very difficult to get off. I think the detangling effects were pretty good, but I was too scared to keep using it, as I didn't want any build-up on my hair. It IS fragrance-free, so that will be a bonus for people who are sensitive to fragrance.

Love, love, love that this is such an effective product without the added perfumes. The user of this product has a very full head of long hair and it works very well. After trying about half a dozen detanglers, this is the first one that we both like. Just wish it lasted longer!

I have been using this hair shine with good results for about two years now. I, like some of the other reviewers, use this product because of my allergic contact dermatitis with fragrance. However, the most recent two bottles I've received have a definite fragrance--my husband even commented that my hair smelled nice! Normally that would be awesome, but fragrance causes lots of allergic responses across my body, which I have been having using the product recently. I know. I should have stopped using it immediately when I noticed the fragrance. But there really aren't that many safe hair products out there, so I tried to tell myself I wasn't really smelling it. My symptoms tell me I'm wrong.

Please ignore old reviews! This is no longer a fragrance free product, regardless of what the description says. I liked it before Covid, but Magik stopped selling it for awhile. I was glad to see it back & ordered it. Bottle and contents are different than previous product. The smaller bottle has a too long spray tube, which made the spray top unscrew in shipping. Thank god it was in a plastic bag, because the spray top unscrewed itself, due to the tube, during shipping. The product was in the bag, not the bottle & was such a mess I put it into a larger plastic bag. It now has an obvious fragrance, similar to other hair care items. I have an allergy to perfumes, so I can no longer use it. My regret is missing the return window.

I started using this product two years ago when I was diagnosed with contact dermatitis and am very happy with it. Lightweight, non-greasy and effective de-tangler for my shoulder-length hair. And truly hypo-allergenic!

I like this as a conditioner to use before I shower to deep condition hair. It is a little greasy for my taste to spray in washed hair and style. I like that it is fragrance free.

There are only 2 ingredients on the bottle and while it claims to be fragrance free, it still smells . I find the smell quite unpleasant and it lingers in the hair. I had to rewash to remove the smell. The product performance was average however the sprayer is a bit stiff and is not easy to pump. Overall, the smell is a deal breaker for me.
