While the product does desensitize, it doesn't numb you completely (which can be a good thing). Quality wise, the lube is subpar as it dries quickly and isn't a good lubricant - I do not recommend for extended or regular use. It should be used initially to prepare and then switched to another lube. Overall good for desensitizing but not a good overall value for low quality lube.

It contains lidocaine, the same numbing medicine dentists use when they inject it into your gums for dental work. At a low dose, as a topical, it has a mild desensitizing effect. It might burn for five or ten seconds, but nothing major. Don't expect total numbness, and DON'T expect this to help in the tattoo parlor! It won't! For that, buy Uber Numb.

This product is great if you are becoming sensitive as you get older or muscles are not relaxing quickly. The trick is to use prior to intercourse with a smaller object or fingers. Counter productive to use it as you are entering as it takes a few seconds or minutes to absorb into the membranes.Does not mix well with some silicone lube products and may cause temporary heat or burning sensation, but eventually all of it goes away.Once you are numb, it will last for about 20 minutes before sensitivity returns. Be generous.

Works great, however purchased by mistake as well thought this was lubricant not spray
