Is this for adult or children?

I would say adult however it isn’t large. It is stretchy to get over the hand but sits fairly loose on the wrist. I think it would be too big for a child

I bought this for my adult cousin and she has really small wrists and it fits her. The bracelet is elastic so would stretch for a bigger wrist. Hope this helps.
