I didn't even know these type of connectors existed until I asked ChatGPT if it was possible to connect 2 ethernet cables. I was glad to find these on Amazon. You just snap a cable into each end. Very easy and works great.

These guys are chunky! Very large for a coupler. But seem to work well. Probably good for harsh environments.

Bought these JIC I needed them. Working on a job found that the client did not have the length of cable needed. I put together three of them with shorter cables and finished the job. The client ordered the correct length of cable and mailed me the connectors and cable back to me. These connectors were the right price and value for my JIC adapter case.

These just work. I find myself using these more and more to extend current ethernet runs to a specific length rather than running a whole new cord and re-crimping ends - saves me time and that is usually what matters!
