Microwave reliable cooking bowl with sealing lid and handle!
This locking lid bowl has many uses! Quick soup heater? Yup. Cook veggies? Yup. Well-made with excellent lid and seal mechanism. No odor absorption material seems to work well. Color-fast red color is stain resistant even to tomato sauces that stain most microwave cookers horribly. Not tastes left over from cooking session to cooking session. Size is just right for a lot of different cooking needs. Freezer to microwave works great! I like this companies products. This is the third thing I've bought from these folks. All have been money well spent.

Works well with Nongshim
I read great reviews from this company, and decided to purchase this for when I am in a time crunch and want a quick bowl of ramen. It fits my Nongshim Red and Black just right, I just have to push it down ever so slightly. I would recommend gently shaking it to get the noodles moist if they are dehydrated. With the steam lid, I also leave it about halfway, not snapped shut, but with slight resistance to there is additional steam to fully reconstitute the noodles.Super convenient too is poaching an egg. The noodles show to microwave for 7 minutes. I did for 5.5 minutes, then cracked an egg in the side, and did an additional 1.5 minutes. The yolk was still runny, and the white was coagulated.I use the dishwasher, so I am hoping that it does hold up over time.

Great for cooking/heating up ramen, soups, etc...
Great for cooking/heating up ramen, soups, etc... and it's a lot lighter to carry than glass containers.I take a package of ramen (one of the brands with a larger round bunch of noodles), and a foil pouch of chicken, or a can of soup to work on days I'm not sure if I'm going to buy lunch or not. It's a lot cheaper than buying the pre-packaged cups of ramen, or soup.A word of caution though, this was purchased as a replacement for my old one I tried heating up chicken wings in. They were covered in BBQ sause, and the sause that dripped off onto the bottom, super heated, dried out, and melted a hole in the bottem in under 2 minutes in the microwave. So just stick to foods with a lot of liquid. This doesn't have a gasket like the older one it replaces, but I haven't experienced any leaking.

NICE LITTLE SOUP CUP HIGH PRICE
This is a nice cup to cook soup and noodles in, but it is a bit expensive. I paid 9.85 on Amazon but bought another one at WalMart for 5.00 so I am returning this one to Amazon.
