This really works my hair has really grown alot and you don't need to take alot like the directions say, I love this but found out later it messed with my thyroid, it's worth taking because it does work

Just received them today and silly me didn't swipe through all the photos to know that it's recommended to take 6 tablets daily (all at once or in different doses. I'm going to take only 3 (all at once).The daily recommended intake of collagen is generally considered to be between 2.5 and 15 grams. This range is safe and effective, with a smaller dose of 2.5 grams often benefiting skin health and joints, and a larger dose of 15 grams potentially supporting muscle mass and body composition.I gave only 3 stars because I haven't started taking them but everything is as shown.
