Beautiful delay
The DD8 is a little tank with a bunch of different delay modes. I love the reverse and warm mode. the tape mode is beautiful too.and it's great for the style I want to play, like explosions in the sky, this will destroy you, gleemer.

Fantastic Boss Delay
The DD-8 is a great pedal. It sounds just as you imagine what a Boss delay pedal should sound like. It is built like a tank and their no volume drop-off when engaging the effect, like other delay pedals can sometimes have. All the various modes give you a lot of flexibility to your delay sounds. The digital delay setting is clean and crisp, and the warm and analog settings give you a darker, warmer tone, emulating the tone of an analog pedal. The reverse setting is very good. The tape setting does a passable job IMO, but other delay pedals are much better for that type of sound. The looper is nice but a little short in its duration. Tap tempo can be accessed internally by pressing the footswitch for a few seconds, setting the tempo via a few taps, and pressing the footswitch again for a few seconds to confirm the tempo. If you are going to play live with it, an external tap tempo footswitch might be a good idea to get. Overall though, it is a great sounding pedal.

The Most Versatile Delay on the Market
When it comes to non-boutique delays, accept nothing else. So many settings. So many functions. So much spacey, deep, gelatinous delay that Duster would HAVE to let you join the band. Buy this and live life with no regrets.

Excellent delay
Lots of options. Easy set up. This is my splitter for running a stereo rig. The stereo delay sounds great. It's a classic for a reason.

AWESOME AS ALWAYS
BOSS never seems to disappoint. No exceptions here. I'm sure there are some flaws in it somewhere but I can't find any yet. BUT...be patient with it. There's alot going on here and it will take TIME to sort it out and get really familiar with it. My advice is to use a couple of 10' cables so you can have it in front of you at easy arms length to quickly go through the settings instead of bending to the floor. Bottom line is it's worth every penny and alot more

The only thing I can think to complain about it that it doesn’t have midi
