ADHD PM zoomie zombie? THIS helped me.
I frequently have troubles falling asleep. Sometimes I’m prescribed hydroxyzine which is the most effective but I wanted to try this while I took a break and wow! 😍 It gave me a soft wooziness as I drift off to sleep after about 40 minutes and I sleep quite consistently compared to “just winging it”. The Oura ring applauds me after a night of sleep on this, it’s usually quite dissatisfied with me.

No Caffeine
Works well and with the added sleep aid that is equivalent to Benadryl it's a good product and with NO Caffeine makes it even better.
