Q: Are they not sucking air though? Since there's no covering on the other end of the nipple.

Its a pacifier. It doesn't have a hole in it like a bottle nipple does. Its the kind of pacifier that hospitals recommend and give out at birth or in the NICU.

Q: Does your paci smell like peppermint or is it just mine?!?

Mine did not have a smell. Sorry! I do know they sell vanilla scented pacifiers but I have not heard of anything smelling of peppermint.

Q: Does this damage baby mouth?
