Soft and Lovely
Exactly what I was looking for!! It is sooo soft and very beautiful (almost sexy!!). Looks great under my short dresses and skirts. Love the look and feel. Wish I would have bought one of these sooner. You won't be disappointed!!

Lasts a few wears
The material is scratchy, but is a very full crinoline for a costume. The waistband stretches pretty far, but I would say this skirt lasted only a few wears with the kids. I was too scared to wash it for fear of it falling apart, but the kids tore it up from play time after a few days. Definitely only for costumes and gentle wear.
