Perfect
Perfect for acclimating new tangs into my reef aquarium. It is actually bigger than I thought it would be. Assembly was easy and quick. Highly recommend.

Dont buy this trash
Its garbage. Doesn't snap or stay together. Cheap and flimsy. I had to put a big rubber band around it to keep it in 1 piece. Save your money.

Use the dividers or not useful
Very flimsy and if you decide not to use the dividers there's 2 big holes where the dividers go and theres no way to cover them, the lid can be easily taken off by the water flow( i dont have that much water flow) not recommended for small fry if you dont use the dividers

Didn't work for our angel fish fry.
It seems like a quality box but we bought it for angel fish babies to keep them contained and they all escaped. The holes are just too big. We were so hopeful that it would contain them but it did not. The suction cups also did not stick for us. The hangers make it so our lid doesn't close. We will have to find an alternative.

Best breeding box so far
I know there are some caveats to this product but for the price, it's worth it. I've spent more than that on crappy breeding nets with flimsy tank hooks that break if you sneeze and that I've had to jerryrig it back to working condition with twist ties. This product is none of that. It is sturdy and beautiful. And, I can see my babies! Quite frankly, it doesn't need the hooks since the water level usually never gets low enough to use it and the suction cups work great, so I may end up just removing them. I'm not quite sure if you can see the suction cups but it's not those simple ones that lose hold after some time. They are the screw nut suction cups. Since there are 3 and strategically positioned, the box stays put. Yes, you do have to put your hand in the water to adjust the box/suction cups as the water level falls. When I clean my tank, I move it to as low as it can go without my babies swimming out. And then as I put water back in, I move it back up. This is much better than the net breeders where I can't adjust the height at all and have to move my babies out to clean the tank. You might not be able to see it from the picture, but I removed the walls so the automatic feeder feed all the babies when I was away on vacation. Luckily, I didn't have big mommies that would eat their babies so it worked out. One last note, the lid works for keeping large fish in but there's a gap when under water, so if you are keeping babies, the top of the box has to always be above water level. One thing that I do wish it had is that little grill and space for the babies to go through so the mommas don't eat their own before I can fish them out. Not a ding on this box since most other boxes are the same but it would be a great option to have so that once the momma is moved to another compartment to rest, the grill can be removed and the babies have space to swim.

Works perfectly!
The media could not be loaded. This clear acrylic box works perfectly. Originally purchased for my betta, but the other fish had fry, so now it's a nursery (and the betta is enjoying the big tank much better). It arrived with one of the connecting arms broken so the rubber band won't stay put (pictured), but the box stays well put together with all other connection arms intact. It comes with 3 suction cups- I removed the 3rd one for an unobscured view, and it stay to the glass without slidding/detaching, even under the weight of rocks, and plants. It is just under 12 inches long by 6 inches tall, and 6 inches deep. You have to remove the frosted, plastic film from both** sides of every piece before assembling. Originally, I blocked the view of all other fish by simply cutting a white plastic folder divider (pictured), to size and slid it into place within the box. I then placed it over the air stone to provide oxygenated water to the fish, and also positioned it near the filter outflow so the water is constantly being renewed through the tiny holes in the sides. When divided into 3 compartments each one is just under 4 inces by 6 inches tall and 6 inches deep. Overall, I highly recommend this acrylic box. It works great, stays put, and is really spacious for your fishy friends♡

Perfect little fish box
This is a great acrylic fish box and I loved it so much I bought two. First off, as others have said, the protective sheet that makes it 'cloudy' is on both sides, peel it off *both sides* and it is crystal clear. The instructions are pretty easy to follow or you can also just look at the picture to figure out how to put it together once you have the pieces all laid out. I love that I can make this one larger container, three small sections, or one medium and one small section depending on if I have both dividers installed or not. The suction cups are strong and work well by themselves, no need thus far for the extra attachment to the side. The one downside to this is that, in my opinion, the holes are very small so there is not much water flow through this box, I've fixed this issue by using some airline tubing and attaching it the outflow on my filter so that some of the water goes to the box instead. This has worked perfectly to provide fresh water into the container and I use a turkey baster to remove any excess food or waste from the container as needed. I currently use this as a temporary grow-out for my baby bristlenose pleco fry after I pull them from the cave after they hatch, it gives them a safe place to grow and eat before I put them into their permanent grow-out tanks and it's working really well thus far.
