Offensive, chaotic, simplistic
Really basic stuff. Chaotic page layout makes it difficult to know where to go. Reference to God is offensive in a coaching book, and seems quite inappropriate especially as wasn't clear that the book was written from such perspective. Commonly known acronyms used in an annoyingly wrong manner. Im struggling to think how others scored it higher.

Fabulous reference for the qualified Life Coach.
As a qualified Life Coach I have found this book to be invaluable. It isn't the kind of book to sit down and read from cover to cover, however; it is a brilliant reference guide. When planning client consultations, there are tips and questions to offer suggestions on the ways in which you can conduct your consultations. We all have our own methods and coaching styles, this book offers a great support to any coach with numerous different questions built around the same point to make your clients think and also to ensure the client achieves the best that they can from their coach.I can see me using this for years to come, it was a reference text for my Advanced Life Coach diploma and a very useful one too.

This book gives developing coaches the confidence to practice
GROW is the most taught model of coaching. Therefore, this book is of particular use to students and new coaches. It is also handy for leaders who want to practice a coaching style of leadership. It gives a number of scenarios that can be made into resources and worksheets with a little imagination. Recommended.

Coaching...that is the question!
A good mixture of advice and engaging activities to help you test the waters with coaching on a personal and professional level. The layout is a bit difficult to follow as it's non-linear and is littered with cross-references all over the place, but I like the fact that it doesn't shy away from a faith perspective that people will sometimes bring to coaching, and how to engage with that as well as the more stereotypical aspects you would expect to find. Worth a look.
