As I approach my 40s I've definitely noticed changes in my skin (sometimes dry and tired looking etc) and have been taking steps to try and address it with a decent routine.I first tried this scrub as part of the tester pack you can get from Brickell's website (worth looking into if you haven't already) and I was impressed enough that I've come back for more!As you can hopefully tell from the picture I've uploaded, the scrub really is quite coarse (but not to the point where it's going to scratch your face up!) so it does a terrific job of lifting dead skin and cleaning your pores out, and it doesn't leave my face feeling dry afterwards - my skin feels clean, soft and refreshed. It also smells really nice which is a nice bonus, and since using it (along with my other skin care products) I can genuinely say I look and feel better for it.As for the elephant in the room, the price, yes it is expensive compared to a scrub you could get from the supermarket, but I would say it's totally worth it for a quality product which will last ages - it spreads really well so no need to use loads of it each time, and it's effective enough that you likely won't need to be using it all that regularly.All in all; this is a great scrub and I would definitely buy again.
