We're an authorized and stocking Baja Designs dealer. So our listing will be sold through us (4x4TruckLEDs). We stock Baja Designs. I don't believe Baja Designs actually sells/ships on Amazon as they are the manufacturer.

Are these lights street legal?

These are for off road use. Not SAE/DOT approved. However, you can look up vehicle specific applications on Baja Designs website to see if they do have some SAE/DOT approved ones for your vehicle.

Is this 3150 lumens per light?

I can't speak for other sellers but the lights we (4x4TruckLEDs) sell are indeed the newer version of the Squadron Sports, which are rated at 3,150 lumen each.

What is the diameter/dimension of the lens face?

The dimensions, per Baja Designs: 3.07" x 2.77" x 3.07" - This is the product dimensions.
