Good, but tastes bad.
Good form of Magnesium, but hard to take it. Unpleasant taste and aftertaste. When never order powdered form again, once finished will order pills only.

This is one of the worst tasting supplements you’ll ever experience. I cannot speak for the quality of the nutritional value, but it tastes absolutely rancid.
