Will it fit 2017 kx250f

Should be no issue if you have a 1.5-2" inlet. I put on my 1983 honda 250 big red. It was really easy and looks nice.

Where do the springs attach to hold the muffler if your stock header uses a screw clamp to attach the factory muffler?

I'm not sure. I used it on my SxS. I cut the old muffler off and just used a muffler sealing compound and a muffler clamp. It is a straight through design and it is loud. I wouldn't use it on anything for the street cause it is likely to just get you pulled over and if you need an inspection sticker it will not pass.

What is the pipe size in the muffler and at the exit?

2" all the way through. Comes with downsize adapter to 1.5" for the inlet

Will this fit an 08 kx250f with an FMF mid-pipe and header pipe?

Yes, you will need to buy an adapter but they are cheap at any parts store.
