First one was really making me mad. I spent a couple days troubleshooting. Returned it and bought another one. Got it today opened the app and it paired instantly. Everything is working great. Will give you results in a few weeks.

I love it. It has been keeping me on track with my weight loss. It send to my phone and keeps it updated for me.

Great scale, easy to pair and the app is easy to navigate. Customer service is great and super helpful. I highly recommend

I love the sleek design, long battery life, and all. The item started great with everything working and being measured. I was stoked seeing every update, setting goals, etc. All of a sudden only my weight is now measured which sucks because the reason I purchased the item was for all that it measured. One star off because troubleshooting is not fixing the issue and there is no damage to the scale.I have changed the batteries, recalibrated the scale, un-installed and reinstalled the app to reconnect my scale and nada. I will see if anything can be done before getting irritated🤞🏽

We had been using and enjoying this scale for two months and all of the sudden, it stopped working entirely and was reporting that "nothing" weighed 50-76lbs. I sent the manufacture an email describing the issue and requested a replacement. Once I sent a short video showing the malfunction, the manufacturer sent a replacement and it arrived 2 days later. Very helpful and responsive customer service!

I’ve spent two days trying to make this thing work. Finally, some success but it’s necessary to stand on your head to do so. The scale appears to work without a flaw. The app is the big problem. I’ve discovered after many trials that I need to activate the app and navigate to the measurement screen. Then, I can step on the scale, take a measurement and then, and only then, will the data be transferred to Apple Health. The measurement screen does nothing when the scale is not activated. I was expecting the Bluetooth connection to enable data transfer from the scale directly to Apple Health without having to run the app. That’s wrong I’m afraid. I’ve still got til mid April to return and I may yet if things don’t become easier with use. Final note, I’m somewhat uneasy with the extent of personal info needed to enable account setup given the developer’s location. Privacy Policy is impossible to read.Update: Now working as it should. App connection works without problems. Will be keeping the product.

I love this scale. It connects to my phone so I can keep track of my weight loss journey. Would defiantly recommend!
