Well made and very easy to fit
The Vortex adapter was very easy to fit onto the binoculars once I had removed the front cap. The kit came with the correct bolt and an Alan key. The bottom part easily screws onto a tripod screw and then you just slip the two parts together. This allows you to use on the tripod or to quickly lift of and use handheld. I have a pair of Vortex binoculars which are 12x magnification and because of this they have an irritating shake at full magnification while being hand held. With this adapter and the binoculars on a tripod the view is crystal clear.

2 part assembly just on case you assume it fixes permanently to tripod
Very good,.just wish the quick release mechanism was a bit deeper for extra stability/safety.
