It looked cool so I got it for a movie prop. I don't know what it actually does though.

Very affordable, and useable control box.
Bought to use as a launch controller for Mid power rockets. Installed 2 leds , one for power to the key on led, one for power to the button. Have 50' speaker wire to rocket ignighter , a 12v,12 ah sla battery . Works great, and didn't cost an arm and a leg to build. rsbhunter

Great combo box for toy projects
The media could not be loaded. First off this is very cheap toy grade plastic, but the price is very fair for what you get. Absolutely do not use if you need ruggedness, the materials will shatter. The momentary switch and key switch both have a NO and NC over 4 terminals with screws. THE BUTTON IS NOT ILLUMINATED. I added that myself and it was easy, theres a hollow way to string an LED up without any modifications to the button. Thanks to the manufacturer for providing a nice cheap product for people not needing industrial grade stuff

I used in a 12v situation and it worked great
Both switches have terminals for normally open and normally closed operation but they aren't clearly marked, I used a DMM to figure that out and then it was simple from there. I used the switch with 12v power and it worked just fine.

Very dangerous, illegal standard, completely unreliable
This is a very dangerous unit that does nor meet any safety standards and can easily deliver a fatal shock, especially as they claim it can handle 110v. The key switch is wobbly and intermittent and is not safe even with 12V (because it can cause a fire). You can get a shock from the key. Made with the cheapest and nastiest parts and unsuitable for any use. Shame on Amazon for carrying it. Get a proper unit.

Perfect little device for model rocket launching.
Did some minor wiring to link the switches to a battery pack and viola! A rocket launcher with an Arm/DisArm switch.
