Yes, they are big in size but I purchased a pill cutter for a few bucks and I can take them with no issues. They are slick coated and that also helps, so the size is fine for me I love the fact they are complete. Best vitamin I have found that is complete and good price. I just recently started taking them, and so far so good. No odor or stomach upset.I like them and would recommend for a good complete multivitamin

Purchased to Take With Specific Supplements For the Trace Elements
discovered some elements that were low when tested. I got extras extras but realized multivitamins have useful trace elements that specific ones do not have. So I decided to take the extra C, D, calcium,. CoQ10 I needed, but to also continue a nice multiple vitamins even though it includes some of those. I just don't take big doses of either. Feeling groovy now.
