Magnesium is usually large when taken in pill form and they can be difficult for me to take. These gummies make it incredibly easy because they are chewable and delicious.This form, Magnesium Citrate works well for me. I was having brain fog from magnesium glycinate. One of the better gummy vitamins on the market. They have a pleasant smell to them, but they are a bit more dense to chew than a more sugary ‘candy’ like gummy.

I love Garden of Life products. They are high quality, organic and Non GMO. They are low heat treated which ensures you that everything is alive and doing what it needs to do. This is the only gummy that I will take. They are sweetened with fruit pectin which is better than anything else, in my opinion. I take these every night along with my Vitamin D3 from this same brand. I no longer have leg and feet cramps. I highly recommend this product and this company.
