i don't know the ounces and I threw it away when it broke, but it was about 7" tall.

Can you put it back together?

Yes, after several attempts, I was able to reassemble it in the bottle! It was quite challenging and Fun!!

Can it hold money, 3 bills and still be solved?

Yes it can hold 3 bills. The stick and everything else has to come out of the bottle, that's the easy part, than putting it all back the way it was is harder. Takes time and concentration to solve this puzzle, the tools you need are there.
