I love it
I don't know how else to describe this than it's 5 star rating. On an MOS47, with a Radian comp, it shoots like a dream. It holds it's zero, the serrated groves fit the frame perfectly, and doesn't hang over the slide, it's a perfect fit. The sight also sits low enough for for standard size iron sights to be used without any difficulty. Its weird having a pure solar power charger with no other way to change the battery, how to check it's charge, or a secondary or backup charging ability. It does have a function to let you know when your battery is low, but I've not seen it activate as I keep it on a low light mode. Its supposed to be a feature of turn on and forget, but I wonder how it's supposed to charge in a holster with a hood and retention.Any future MOS Glocks I get will have this sight installed, and previous red dots are getting taken off for favor of this.

What are you waiting for?
God do I love these things, I’ve had my first one for about 1/2 a year now and it’s been a reliable workhorse and I hope it continues to glow for many, many years. I have a second one coming now for a Glock 26 MOS and I can’t wait to install it. I love how flush these sit and you don’t ever have to change the battery. I wish there were more variants of these optics they are truly a work of art. I will update this if either of them fail me.

Perfect fit and function
I ordered this optic for use on my new Glock 19 Gen 5 MOS. Part of the appeal is that it is designed to fit in the channel already machined into the slide of the gun without requiring an adapter plate. This reduced the number of parts needed to mount the sight (two screws, supplied) and improved the solidity of the mount. It went on without a hitch. It matches the finish on the gun's slide perfectly and allows one to use standard height iron sights to aim the gun if by some chance the optic might fail or you forgot to turn it on. I changed out the original Glock plastic sights and replaced them with some TruGlo tritium night sights, so I'm good to go regardless of lighting. I purchased a red laser bore sighter here on Amazon to roughly zero the optical sight. I then went to the range and the initial settings I made with the laser were nearly spot on - only a slight change in elevation - about an inch at 10 yards - gave me perfect results. The optic has two different reticles: a circle that is 32 MOA and a dot that is 2 MOA. You can also use both at the same time, effectively giving you a third reticle. You cycle through the three reticle settings using long presses of the on/off button. I'm still playing with which one to use. For slow fire, small target use, the dot seems preferable. For faster target acquisition, the circle or the circle + dot works better for me. The green reticle is more visible than a red one, so I like the color. There are two brightness settings. The lower one is the default, and could be a little dimmer for my money. A quick press on the on/off button selects the brighter setting, too bright, IMO. The single multi-function button is a little tricky to use, requiring a precise push. On the bright side, this fussiness will prevent most inadvertent button presses, so it's a wash as an issue. This sight is powered by a self-contained battery that is kept charged by some small solar cells on the rear of the optic, so you never have to worry about dead batteries.Forty-odd years ago, I was a Master class competitor in PPC contests. Unfortunately, time has taken its toll, but I'm still a decent shot (and working to improve). The optic gives me groupings of about 1/3 the size of those shot using just the iron sights. The main reason is that the optic eliminates the depth of field focus problem. The reticle and the target are both in focus at the same time, something my 75 year old eyes appreciate. It seems that every shooter at the range I use has an optical sight on their pistol; now I know why. Some people like optics with several buttons to customize the sight. I opted for the simpler solution. I'm the kind of guy who usually buys the most complex accessories, but I'm finding that I either rarely use the extra features or I can't remember the control sequences needed to invoke the fancier features. Simplicity is now my friend. The Glock is a straightforward gun to shoot. With the added tritium sights, this optic, and a Glock performance trigger, I have a reliable firearm with just the needed bells and whistles. I think I'll leave it at that, and work on my trigger pull - the only thing that would hold me back from better target groups.

Excellent optic – my third one!
This is my third Holosun SCS MOS and I couldn’t be happier. It’s easy to install, quick to calibrate, and incredibly accurate. The green reticle is crisp, and the solar charging is a great bonus. Perfect fit for my Glock MOS handguns. Highly recommend!

Fits Perfectly on Glock's with MOS - the Standard Green Dot for All Glock MOS
I have not been able to shoot my Glock with this yet, but it is top-notch in terms of installation, fit, and finish. This model is specifically made for Glock MOS, and it shows. Even the grooves on the dot fit very well with the gun's pattern. I love that you can also utilize the original sight on the weapon, as the optic is very low to the ground due to its perfect MOS application. Additionally, this is a green dot, which is priced higher than red dots, and has three types of dots that add to the product's value. Lastly, this is operated by the small solar panels attached to the device! At this price range of mid-$300, it's a no-brainer for owners of a Glock with an MOS.

Great optic for Gen 5 Glocks!
I’m very pleased with the Holosun SCS MOS. It was very easy to install on my Glock 21 gen5. The optic co-witnesses perfectly with the factory sights. The green reticle is very visible and I pick it up quickly. The only drawback is the on/off function button is small. With a little practice I don’t think this will be too much of an issue.

Real life aimbot!
Works great! Feels like cheat codes once you get it dialed in. If this is your first, give yourself some time to adjust and spend some time with a bore laser or range day to make your adjustment. Bonus points for looking like a factory part on my Glock 19!
