It fits a larger arm perfect!
This BP cuff is a perfect fit for me. The XL was way too big! The only thing about any of the cuffs is getting it on so the VIVE machine will run through a cycle can be tedious sometimes. I feel this may be true of most BP cuffs out there you are trying to put on and adjust by yourself. It helps if someone is available to adjust it for you. Otherwise, I am very happy with this cuff.

It's a very large cuff
The cuffs that fit up to 42cm are too small for me, but this was way too large. There's no way I could fit it within the proper markings. So, if you have perhaps upward of 44 or 45 cm measurements, this is a great choice. It is definitely comfortable.One of the pics shows this compatible with Beurer monitors, but I got irregular heartbeat readings every time I used it. Tried again with another cuff on my machine, and no irregular heartbeat, so unfortunately, I had to return.

Awesome for people with larger arm sizes also HSA/FSA eligible
It took me a while to find a cuff to fit my bp monitor but this on fits perfectly and comfortably. My arm size is 18 inches and it was tough to find something that would fit and then I came across this hidden gem! The design is perfect! It also helps that it is Hsa/Fsa approved!

Nice replacement!
Nice replacement for my existing hbp monitor since the original one placed more pressure on my arm causing way higher readings
