Good instructions but could use more information about how to choose the size ball to start with. Didn’t notice much vibration until I got to the largest ball. Good exercise.

This breathing exerciser was recommended by medical professionals. It is not difficult to use. It helped a family member expand lung capacity and get a stronger voice. There are 3 small metal balls to choose to use and the ball rises as you use the device. Get an instant view of how breathing is improving by watching the ball. Recommend.

The item works but the quality does not last.... I spent 38.00 and used for maybe a month and the main piece where the mouth piece goes in has fracture cracks all around it and now has a large crack making unusable . Very disappointed to say the least... I will be looking for something similar but would not recommend this one due to quality.....

This breathing exerciser is easy to use and to clean. I use it daily to expel mucus and clear my airways. I thas improved my lung expansion and volume. Because my lung expansion is improved I have less shortness of breathand my energy is improved. I'm able to use the gym and participate in silver sneaker exercise classes 3x a week andwalk on other days.

If you haven't breathed deeply for awhile, this will definitely get you going. It is very easy to clean and because it fits in your hand, you can drop in your a bag and take it anywhere; very portable. Also, it is not spendy at all.
