Amazing product. Absolutely love it. Even though the rubber piece at the end of the pole slid off when I was pulling something I can still use it. I might try to fix it one of these days but I couldn't find anything else like this and works great. Maybe they could glue that piece on, but it's great for pulling things to you that you can't reach

I have owned a lot of grabber claws and other boom type products to be able to get packages inside my home for years since I became disabled. All others were either flimsy or didn't last for very long.However, this grabber tool is excellent! Extremely good construction and solid as a rock. I almost never write reviews, but I had to for this product. 100% recommended!

Works great for MY intended use. I’m disabled and when the delivery people leave my boxes far away from my door in the winter and I have salt, ice, etc. on the deck, I can use this to reach out and slowly drag the packages to me. (By slowly I mean just 30 seconds or so per box.)Included in the box was also a hook, so I incorporated this at the end (instead of using only one or the other of the pulling pieces.) which gives me more options to pull a box towards me. (Of course by using the hook, you could damage whatever’s in the box, so be cautious when using it!)I also like the compactness when not in use. For me the “sock-like” slip on cover is useless, but I guess someone might find it useful especially if it’s stored in a grimy work truck?The only con is I think of is the pulling piece (that’s not the hook), Personally I think it should’ve been made of a heavier gauge metal or maybe they could’ve added a welded triangle fillet to it, in order to make it more robust at the apex of the bend, but I’ve dragged a few boxes that were quite heavy and it didn’t bend it at all, but I still think they should’ve done one or the other for the added strength it would provide.As for using it for its original purpose, I can’t vouch for, but for what I use it for I recommend!

This tool is more useful than I ever expected. The fact that the pole can telescope out for distant reaching and in for easier storage is a great feature. I use it to reach stuff that has migrated forward in the bed of my pickup truck. Also, to reach things in the attic that are located in those spots where the attic roof is just too low to walk under. I can pull down a tree branch that is just out of reach. And I can push things into low, tight places as well. Very handy and well worth the price. It even makes a great gift for select friends.

Needed a hook to take down my bird feeders, and this one filled the bill (pun intended).Extension makes it easy to get the job done. Hangs anywhere when not in use. The birds and I thank you!

I purchased this to use as a hook to grab my awning strap on my camper as it was short and I couldn't reach. It works perfectly and I love that it adjusts in length so even my 10 yr old can use it to pull out the awning. It's made very well and will withstand a good amount of weight that you pull on it with.
