Is this fan UL compliance?

Not sure as it is a 12Vdc fan. I purchased one of these to circulate cool air thru my "inter cooler" I built to cool the inside of my car while it is sitting out in a parking lot. That way I don't have to get into a hot car to drive home. FYI, it is powered by a solar panel.

Do I have to get a thermostat or speed control or can I just wire them up to a 12v lead and ground? Im using in a car audio setup to cool amplifiers??
