The lock is incredible and even more importantly April, from customer support, is phenomenal!
The lock looks incredible the door knob looks sleek and modern but still sturdy which I love.I did run into a little bit of difficulty installing it when it came to the lock functioning so I gave customer support a call and got the most amazing customer service representative, April!She was super patient and figured out what was going on within minutes but she didn't just stop there she made sure to walk me through the app and the functions so I was more confident and set up with every feature.I feel like there's a lot of these locks that I could have chosen but I chose so well not just because of the quality and the function of it but because of April and her help getting this installed and working appropriately.They're a small company and when you need help you actually talk to a person that is really invested in helping you. If you are on the fence about buying this lock, don't be, just get it. As a matter of fact, I'm kind of bummed out I don't have more doors that I can put these locks on, it is the coolest thing!

Love the door lock
Locks were easy to install. The finger print work perfectly. I was able to save multiple finger prints. You can program how long after the door closes, when you would like the door to automatically lock. The handle was a bonus. I’m going to order another for my front door.

Ordering wireless Gateway
You have to order the the G2 gateway in order to be able to unlock nd lock your door from anywhere. Otherwise Good product

Just what I needed
Such a nice upgrade! Beautiful feature is automatic locking and each member of my family has their own code/finger print so we can ALL unlock the door no matter what. Great purchase!

Terrible handle! Great lock!
Handle had to be installed backwards because of the way my door swings open. Leaving the screws for the handle outside the door. Which is a risk factor for security. Great lock terrible handle design!!

Great locks and service
The locks are really good quality and easy to use. Also, if you need help, the customer help desk is phenomenal. I spoke with Lizzett and she was the BEST!
