Wow! I’ve always been a fan of Beef Tallow. Stuff like Canola Oil I liken to WD-40. It’s essentially good for lubricating machinery. Butter and Olive Oil burn too easily. Making my own Lard is time consuming and it’s hard to really get it “clean”. This stuff is wonderful to cook with. I just used 1/2 a cup yesterday in a recipe for hot dog chili sauce. It’s so clean and filtered. Really can take the heat. Adds depth to the flavor profile of my creations. Plus it’s natural and good for me! I’m really glad I found this product.

I just got it in! I’m using it for beauty. It made my hands feel super soft. Look up the natural benefits.Reminds me of coconut oil, but nicer on your skin and absorbs. It does have a slight beef like smell, but not bad at all. I like the glass jar it came in. Five stars ✨

Jar lid was dented and its seal broken. Unusable. Because it's perishable it didn't give me a return option. Update: The seller reached out immediately and replaced the Tallow. The Tallow was very good and I will be buying more!

The media could not be loaded. This is the WORST tallow I have ever purchased. It is NOT yellow as indicated in the picture. DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING!!! It is RUNNY!!! I have made dozens of batches of homemade tallow from grass fed fat and suet and purchased many brands. It is always solid and smooth at room temperature. This is watery, grainy and soupy. It smells weird as well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. You can feel the high water content in it when you rub it between your fingers. GROSS! I threw it in the rubbish bin.

I love the taste of this tallow. It adds flavor to every dish I make.However, if you plan to make DIY cream, I recommend rendering it once or twice to reduce the smell l.(tasty smell for cooking, though)
