I LOVE this heating pad!!! I would give it a 10 star rating, if available. It is extremely well-made, durable, soft material and so comfortable to use. When you turn it on, it automatically goes to a level three and you can change is up or down to your comfort. I like that it will stay on, but then turns itself off after quite a long time (I haven't timed it). It has loops on the side so you can use a strap (not included) to strap around a chair or around your body. I generally use it on my back, so have it attached to my chair and just leave it there. My house is chilly, so this pad is also nice just to turn on and get extra heat simply for comfort as well! Can't say enough good about it.

Heating pad was wonderful but we had a problem with the plastic casing for the wire. I sent a message to Bob and Brad and got a response the next day. They asked for a photo of the problem spot and my Amazon order number. I sent that back and got a response quickly saying they would send a replacement free of charge. It arrived in the next two days. Super customer service! They said I did not need to return the damaged one; just trash it.

I am revising my original review and changing the star rating from 2 to 4 stars solely because the customer service displayed by Bob and Brad was so phenomenal, I have to give credit where credit is due. Although they did not offer me a replacement heating pad (I had returned it for a refund), they did offer and sent me a mini massage gun. The massage gun is very helpful in providing sciatica pain relief as well as working out other aches and pains. Although I am still hoping to find that perfect weighted heating pad, the massage gun is a welcome compensatory gesture which I greatly appreciate.PREVIOUS REVIEW:I was really excited to purchase this after seeing a weighted heating pad being used on videos for hip pain. It seemed to have everything I wanted including beads to add weight and retain heat, a soft fabric, multiple heat and auto-off settings. I purchased this product rather than the cheaper "old version" which carries a warning that it is frequently returned for heating issues. I thought for sure that whatever was causing that issue would have been worked out with this new and improved version. I was wrong and am SOOOOOO disappointed. The pad never gets beyond a luke warm heat level even on the highest setting, even when left on for more than a half hour. It is completely worthless for providing enough heat to be at all therapeutic. I hope they figure out what the issue is so people don't keep getting their hopes up for a quality product only to be disappointed and have to return it, which is also extremely inconvenient.

This mat is well made and comfortable. There is a strap which comes in handy to keep it on you. Good value and a nice look as well.

The media could not be loaded. I got this heat mat because I’ve been dealing with sore muscles after sports and workouts. It honestly helped more than I expected. The heat is strong but not uncomfortable, and it feels like it goes deep into the muscle. It heats up fast, and the different settings are easy to use depending on how sore I am that day.I mostly use it on my back and shoulders, but it’s flexible enough to wrap around other areas too. It’s actually relaxing, and sometimes I even fall asleep with it on (I just make sure the timer is set). I’ve tried ice packs and other stuff before, but this has definitely worked the best.If you’re dealing with pain or tight muscles, I would definitely recommend trying this. It’s been a great help for recovery.I like the weighted feature.

I am so sad about this heating pad. I've tried so many because of abdominal pain and lower back pain. The last one I had vibrated and was super weighted. But it quit working within months. I was so hopeful that this brand would have been better! It's not even close. Super light and barely gets warm. I waited for this delivery like a child on Christmas Eve because I was without a heating pad for 2 weeks. So to say I'm super disappointed is an understatement. I'm debating whether or not to send it back because I don't want to be without for another 2 weeks. So sad :(

I bought this heating pad, and had it a few months, and the cord ripped off of the pad, leaving wires hanging. I reached out to the company, and they replaced it with no issues. I really like this heating pad, it works great and I was happy that they sent me a replacement. I would recommend this product.
