This thing is fantastic! I like the customization options for the watch face and that it takes my vitals like heart rate, O2, and blood pressure every 15 minutes. Has been great for tracking sleep as well. Charges fast and holds a charge for over a week even though it’s working 24/7. Lightweight and comfortable enough I don’t even notice it and the screen has held up well to daily use. This thing checked boxes that even the wildly expensive options didn’t and was super affordable.While looking at the app and noticing the times it showed me the physical toll my current job is having on my health in a way I can’t avoid anymore so be warned if you’re afraid of change!If you’re looking for a fitness tracker or just a smart watch with some customization and extra features this is the best I’ve ever owned.

I chose this fitness tracker because I was looking for a more comfortable alternative to my smart watch for monitoring fitness heart rate and sleep, I am very satisfied in both aspects. The AMOLED screen is also great especially for evening and sleep tracking use where you want as little blue light as possible - compared to the smart watch I was using previously, the screen colors are much better. It is very comfortable, especially for wearing during sleep and fitness activities, compared to the smart watch I used previously. The waterproof is also very effective, I got it pretty wet and didn't have any problems. The accuracy and features are the same as my old smart watch, but it's much more comfortable, has a better screen, and is much more affordable. I would recommend it

I bought the S-Mart Band without many expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised. I have also tried sleep monitoring and the results are quite consistent. The battery lasts several days without needing to recharge it, something that is very appreciated.In addition, it is easily synchronized with the cell phone and the app is intuitive and complete. It has helped me stay more active and aware of my daily habits.In summary: a very complete smartband, perfect if you want to start taking care of your health or simply have more control over your daily activity without spending a fortune. I’ve had a Fitbit tracker for 6 months now and noticed that it doesn’t always track steps correctly (especially when running). So I wanted to buy a different tracker to compare the two.This device is attractive and comfortable. Really helps keep track of heart rate and steps. Monitors sleep time, heartbeat and even breathing. Gives a fairly accurate sleep score ability to see weekly, monthly and year report. Battery life long enough. I’ve worn it for 2 days now and the battery is still at 80%. Just like the Fitbit but for third of the price. I’m actually wearing both trackers just to compare the stats. So far they are abkut the same. If you’re in the market for the budget tracker that does the job, this is it.

Easily connects to the app using the qr code in the box. It won't connect to Samsung health but that's not a big deal for me. I only intend to use this watch for sleep tracking and it did a nice job so far. For only $30 it's definitely a good investment. It also tracks all the typical metrics (heart rate, steps, activity, water, menstrual cycle, body temp, oxygen, etc) and it can be set to give you move and water reminders. It has watch face options to change the background pic and the way the time and date look. You can also use your own pics if you want to. Overall I would highly recommend for all its functions in addition to sleep tracking.
