Could someone possibly give me a scale of how big it actually is compared to the hand?

Grap it with your two hands and you could not see the Nergigante ( but the spikey bottem) skinny adult hands

What's the height of the action figure?

This Nergigante figure stands at about W 140 mm × D 170 mm × H 125 mm. Basically about the same size if anything a little bit bigger than the blind box figures

Would like to know if this is an official figure or not before I purchase?

It should be the figure from the World Bundel. My one is in the same quality as the other MH figures.
