Helps relieve plantar fasciitis pain, good alternative to wear with your non-arch supporting shoes.
I’ve been experiencing plantar fasciitis for a while now, but I will not let it stop me from doing the things I love (hiking, yoga, step aerobics). I have started wearing these during step aerobics, as well as during the day when I wear shoes that don’t have good arch support. These are tight fitting which gives you an arch support, thus relieving the plantar fasciitis pain. I tried these and the full compression socks. I found these work better than the full socks, because they can squeeze your arch area tight and leave your toes open to breathe and not cut off the circulation. I still wear a thin sock over the top of these under my shoes. It has cut down on a lot of pain. (Not a cure, but a huge help!) This is a good alternative to going out and buying all new shoes with good arch support. Wear these with your non-supportive shoes that you just don’t want to give up.

Amazing!
This product is amazing! It works exactly as it should and yet is comfortable enough to wear all day. The compression also helps for my swollen ankle problem too. Highly recommend.

Size chart misleading
I should have read reviews and comments before ordering this pair. Though very nice, M is not a good fit for my size 11.

Great help with the heat!
My ankles were feeling strange; from the insides they felt like limp spaghetti. That's the only way I can describe the sensation. Those of you who have varicose veins can probably relate. Bought these when the heat index hit 107 after researching a solution. I bought size M.. I wear 8.5 women's and have wide feet. Put these on as soon as they arrived and experienced immediate relief. Also grateful that they fit perfect. (Not being paid to write this btw) Wore them the whole day until bedtime. In AM, waking up and walking around at home, I felt the heat coming up and my ankles grumbling, as if to say "Put those things back on NOW!" I'm here placing another order and writing this review at the same time. I wish they had metallic silver and gold and more contemporary funky sock type multi-color patterns so they would look great with my Birkenstocks. A lot more people are wearing that sandal than in previous years.

They Worked For Me
I am a Special Education teacher. Usually, I am always on my feet. This year I taught virtually so I was sitting a lot more than usual. Either way, my ankles needed help. These worked after the first use. I bought a second pair and plan to get some for my parents.

No support, better off just wrapping.
I was hoping these would provide some ankle support for an ankle I've sprained several times over the years, but still let me wear regular shoes. Well they are thin enough to wear regular shoes, but they offer really no support; these feel more like toeless yoga socks than anything meant for stability. Definitely better off just wrapping.

Plantar fasciitis
These have helped me with my plantar fasciitis, they are comfortable and have great support. I do not wear them all the time since I wear compression socks on a long day and my Birkenstock's on days I don't work. I only wear these at night when I decide to torture my self and wear heals or cute flat sandals with not support.
