So not much to say besides this really does work for me. I used to take melatonin 5-10mg, but what I realized for this type of product is that more is not necessary better. Actually there are studies saying less is more. So for me 3mg seems to be perfect for me. All I can say is that it's a solid product from a trustworthy company. The only problem is that it's a bit pricier than the other brands.

Great dose for people who wake up tired after taking a melatonin 5. This gets you to sleep but isn’t as strong so you wake up feeling refreshed not needing extra sleep

Very small pills that are easy to swallow.Melatonin at 3mg is the perfect dose in my opinion because 5 mg may or may not affect growth hormone from what I heard on the huberman podcast and 1 mg is usually too little to do much to people especially if you weigh heavierBuy this if you are having trouble falling asleep or if you want to ease into sleep easily

Works well, as do all their pharmaceutical products. You can probably find less expensive Melatonin supplements on the market, but my experience is you can't find a more reliable manufacturer than Thorne. And when it comes to pharmaceuticals, quality is very important to me.

These really work! I struggle with staying asleep. I often wake up around 2am and can't go back to sleep. I've been taking Thorne Melatonin for a week now and when I awake at 2, I immediately go back to sleep. I didn't used to look forward to bedtime because I knew I would be up all night unable to go back to sleep at some point but I've been looking forward to sleeping because I've had such positive results. I hope the results last. I'll update if anything changes.

Took it as directed and had, possibly the worst night. It messed with me all night, had a headache the next day. If you are on seizure meds (as am I), I understand you (we) absolutely need good sleep but I personally wouldn’t take it. I feel had I taken some Benadryl, I would’ve have gotten better rest. Too bad I can’t get a refund on this.
