Q: The ad dosnt match the pic, I want to use this in my RV and charge and or run off 12v -

It works for your RV the charge is good last about 3 to 4 hours and yes you can plug it into 12 volts

Q: Does it come with the stand?

Yes it does. The one in the picture is the one that came with mine. It arrives with everything but a high powered antenna but the one that comes with it is really nice as well

Q: Can you charge this in your car?

Yes you can charge in your car, it comes with a plug for that purpose.

Q: Is it posible to replace the rechargeable Lithium ion battery when it dies, or is it soldered on to the mother board?

It is not possible it is soldered to the motherboard what has a good life it seems about 4 hours of charge
