The frustration it's saved me keeps me from going to see my therapist. I go to one cause I can't believe any sane person would want a career of working on heavy duty trucks. There stupid. But now with this tool, it's an easy job.

Saved me some headache so far, I imagine if you use too big of an impact you could damage it but i just use a hand ratchet and it works great.

I know everyone that has worked on slack adjusters on semi trucks and trailers at some point has said it is a pain to get froze pins out especially the cotter pins. This tool will push the pins right out shearing the cotter pin off flush what a time saver. By the tool and roll right threw your project with less aggravation. Save time wherever you can and this is great place to start. Great tool.

Works better than I expected.

I used the tool one time , second time it broke . It took two weeks to get it and used it once . I had to pay shipping back for warranty which only took two days to be at their place of business , then wait another two weeks to get the replacement tool . I told the rep that I had a trailer down and her response was I guess you have a trailer down . Pretty poor attitude . In a later communications with them I was told they have had several return on this tool . This tool is not cheap to buy and should not have issues like this . The reason one buys a tool like this is to fix something and make it easier to do . Their attitude and return policy cost me down time and money . I would not recommend buying this tool to anyone . If they have issues send out the new tool to help the customer and deal with the warranty later , especially if they know they do not hold up to being used as designed .

it works great on stubborn pins. I had a tough time getting a rusty seized pin out. this thing pushed it out with my impact.
